Warranty & Support Policy

 Supply Only:

o       Goods supplied only are warranted against manufacturing defects for 12 months from supply and have a back to TCS warranty at the customer’s cost.

o       Goods found to be faulty will be repaired / replaced and returned to the customer at TCS’ cost.

 Supply and Install:

o       Goods supplied and installed have a 12 month onsite warranty. In the event of an onsite callout where the issue is not warrantable, TCS will charge a service call fee at the standard rate.

o       Exceptions: Model 2x and Model 3x people counter solutions always carry a return to TCS warranty.

 Cabling:

o       Cabling, cable runs, or similar are exempt from warranty and are not covered once successfully installed and commissioned.

 Voidance of Warranty & Support:

o       Warranty of the entire system will be void if:

·         Any unapproved works are done to any component of the system by parties other than TCS approved technicians.

·         Any unapproved works done to any component of the system by TCS approved technicians but not billed through TCS.

In the event of the warranty being voided, all free for life support privileges and free for life software upgrades will cease.
