ITC Vehicle Counter (Loop Based)

This robust detector uses an in-ground loop that is more accurate and less vulnerable to damage than a tube installation. The unit is powered by a single 6vDC lantern battery (3-6 month battery life depending on the installation).

Easy installation involves connecting the lead-in wires from existing road loops to the inlet socket.

Rugged cast aluminium housing protects the unit from external damage, making it the perfect device for harsh environment traffic monitoring applications.

Loops are ideal for permanent sites, allowing the counter to be quickly disconnected and moved to other sites as required.

The primary use for the ITC unit is loop detection, however a tube based unit is available.
